STORE POLICY

Jewellery is special and where possible you should take care of it. 
I recommend taking off jewellery pieces when showering, swimming, doing strenuous activity, gardening and sleeping to ensure the piece stays in perfect condition. 
  

GEM STONES

We use mostly man made nano stones which as lab grown and more ethical and better for the environment. They are beautiful stones none the less and mean pieces can be priced at a lower price point. In terms of looking after them they can be cleaned with warm water and detergent, polished and put in the tumbler.  

GOLD PLATING
Gold plated pieces are solid sterling silver with gold plating also known as vermeil. While a beautiful finish, please note gold plating can wear with time and exposure to chemicals such as perfume, makeup and oils. Pieces can be re-plated should you need it.
 

PEARLS
The surface of pearls are very delicate, and any moisture can affect the lustre and colours. It is recommended if they need a clean, to wipe with a dry soft cloth, and always store in a dark sealed bag.
